Tony Cooke, our founder, managing partner and lead executive coach, is very well-known internationally as a sustainability leader, and has worked for over 30 years with leading organisations around the world across 17 sectors and 5 continents. In 2019, he was made an Honorary Associate Professor in Sustainability Leadership at the University of Nottingham in recognition of his contribution to sustainability leadership. Tony takes a person-centred approach to coaching individuals and teams. He is passionate about the potential for achieving higher levels of 'mental fitness' for changing leaders''being' to underpin high-performing 'doing' across teams and organisations to deliver transformational change at the scale and pace required.
