Bartley Consultants Ltd (BCL) is an Auckland based civil engineering consultancy that specialise in roading, transportation and general civil engineering projects. These projects include the design of new subdivision roads, roads of national significance, road widenings, seal extensions, the rehabilitation design of road pavements for local Councils, Auckland Transport and NZTA and the design of heavy duty industrial pavements. In addition to this Bartley Consultants have in-house geometric design and stormwater design expertise. Bartley Consultants also manage and supervise the construction of a wide range of transportation, roading and pavement projects. Key relationships with other small to medium sized structural, planning and traffic consulting firms ensures that Bartley Consultants can successfully complete multi-discipline projects of all sizes.
