We are delighted to announce that with immediate effect, Bartoline Limited has been acquired by the Enact II investment fund, managed by Endless LLP. The business has appointed Paul Robbins as the new Managing Director. Paul has considerable experience at senior level in the building products, paint and coatings sector. At AkzoNobel, he held senior international sales and marketing positions, and was Managing Director, Northern Europe. Endless LLP & Enact have significant experience in the UK building products sector with previous ownership of Crown Paints and James Briggs Limited. The purchase brings the opportunity for Bartoline Limited to continue its growth journey, as the UK’s leading supplier of decorative sundries.
