BASE Cognitive Behavioral is a specialist practice offering cognitive behavioral therapy, classes, and consultation for professionals. Our team is made up of exceptionally trained providers who utilize evidence-based interventions to help clients thrive. We aim to move the practice of psychology to new heights. Therapy: We offer therapy in several different modalities based on your needs. We utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and its newer wave therapies: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Consultation: Many therapists and counselors feel they are on an island by themselves. BASE offers CBT focused clinical consultations, continuing education, and practice development on a group and individual basis. Our aim is to connect like-minded providers and build community for professionals. Community Classes: We firmly believe that all people can benefit from the core principles of CBT, and our classes are intended to broaden accessibility of these skills to the community.
