BaseLine Consulting Group is a Manufacturing & Engineering consulting firm which was founded in 2015 by its Principal Robert Chanko. Rob’s cross-functional experience in Engineering, Quality and Operations, combined with his educational background has left him uniquely qualified to play an instrumental role in many types of Manufacturing organizations. He has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing him to develop solid relationships with customers, colleagues, superiors, and sub-ordinates alike. He has spent the last 25 years in various management positions, while driving continuous improvement through the effective use of Lean manufacturing tools and processes. His cross functional experience, including time spent managing Quality, Production and Product and Process Engineering departments, has allowed him to establish a consistent history of successful automotive product launches through the effective management of people, budgets, tasks, and timelines.
