BCL is a social-enterprise consultancy company that was registered in Kenya in 2014 to offer solutions to the growing need for technical expertise in business and development sectors in the Eastern and HOA region. Based on our change mantra, “practical solutions – extra mile”, our value proposition to our clients is to offer them practical solutions for their business / development challenge and/or opportunity that will eventually take them the extra mile. BCL was established by a team of three principle consultants with wide ranging technical expertise and experience working with and on humanitarian, recovery, and sustainable development in the region. The company is headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya and plans to open sub-offices in Mogadishu (Somalia), Hargeisa (Somaliland), Garowe in Puntland State of Somalia, Kigali in Rwanda and Juba in South Sudan.
