BaseStack has officially merged with MILESTONE to become Tribera, creating a unified, pan-European specialist living platform. Tribera brings together two complementary businesses to deliver institutional operating scale, a fully integrated investment, development and management model, and a brand-led approach across student, hybrid living and flexible-stay sectors. The platform currently manages beds across 17 cities in 8 European countries, with a growing development pipeline and significant capacity for further capital deployment. The first Tribera-branded asset will open in Vienna, with multiple openings scheduled for 2026.
