Bat For America

Bat For America (BFA) offers Americans another sport to add to their past time and professional possibilities. It’s our mission to not only break cricket’s long standing stereotypes, but the stereotypes of those who play it. We recognize that cricket may not be the sport for everyone, but the lessons it teaches: self awareness, cultural understanding and resilience, are. We encourage life application of these skills; create opportunities for youth to explore the world around them; and prepare young women to confidently set their life course. It’s our vision to see everyone involved in sport to help create a healthier, well-balanced society. Sporting organizations should not be in competition with each other, but be partners in identifying an individual’s interests and directing them to activities that complement that person’s needs.
