BATE & ASOCIATII was set up by the association of two lawyer partners, Bogdan Bâte and Silvia Neag, who, together with other associates and the specialists in the accounting and tax fields, have built a solid team with extensive experience in the commercial and business field, as well as in other practice areas. Currently, we work with five lawyers and four chartered accountants, we have professional collaborations with notaries public, enforcement officers, legal experts, certified translators and IT service providers and we manage three offices in the cities of Timișoara, Arad and Deva. Our legal work is carried out mainly in the area of company law, but also in the civil and criminal law fields, with solid experience in practice areas such as commercial law, administrative and tax law, labour law, intellectual and industrial property, enforcement and criminal business law.
