Our team has an extensive background in designing battery packs for high-volume production and providing a mechanical seal for your e-fill or electrolyte fill port holes on your battery lid. Don't crimp after the fill, slowly laser weld a plug into your hole, or worst yet use blind fastening not meant for high volume production. We have 3 fill port hole fastener designs depending on your application that can be used for electrolytes, hydraulics, thermal, and much more. We've also supported almost every battery pack/box design since 2014 including Teslas, semi-trucks, and buses. We know where the mistakes occur during design and production and we are here to help you launch. Lastly, we partner with Laco Technologies on all things seal test from watertight testing your pack to hermetic seal testing a complete battery cell on the production line.
