Bauer Forensics, Llc

Dr. Bauer consults in the areas of injury biomechanics, products liability, orthopaedics, shooting reconstruction, visibility analysis, premises liability, accident reconstruction and slip, trip and fall reconstruction. He earned his Ph.D. in Biomechanics from Oregon State University, with a minor in Mechanical Engineering and is a Fully Accredited Traffic Accident Reconstructionist (ACTAR # 2763). In addition, Dr. Bauer has over 18 years of experience in evidence photography and creating forensic illustrations and animations that meet the strict criteria for admissibility in state and federal court. He is recognized by the International Association for Identification (IAI) as a Certified Forensic Photographer (FP10112)) and is a Certified XL Tribometrist, meaning he can test and evaluate the “slipperiness” of walkways. Dr. Bauer is also certified by the FAA as a Remote Pilot for Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS).
