Baum Craft Beer

Baum is a craft brewery born in Mar del Plata, Argentina, which started its production in 2009 when the craft beer boom was taking off both locally and nationality in the country. We are inspired by different beer styles from all the world. We design our recipes with knowledge and respect for all the elaboration process. We use all our senses to taste the beer crafted, and then share the final product with friends, family and customers. Craft beer production allow small variations in each batch, but we know that the Spirit of our people is transmitted in every beer pint served in our pubs. There are many reasons which inspire us to produce beer: we enjoy it, we have fun and play and we love share it with people. The five medals won in the South Beer Cup in 2013, 2014 and 2015, make this team proud and willing to share experiences and excellence for what we do, Producing craft beer is a way of life, and it is the path that we, who make up BAUM, choose every day.
