Baycon Ai

Baycon AI — Bay Area AI Consulting That Actually Sticks Most Bay Area firms have dabbled with AI. The potential is obvious. The path from "interesting tool" to "infrastructure that runs inside your business" is not. Baycon AI is a hands-on AI advisory and implementation practice serving wealth managers, accounting firms, boutique law practices, marketing agencies, and founder-led teams across the San Francisco Bay Area — businesses where the partners are the product and time is the scarcest resource. We don't sell software. We don't run generic workshops. We come into your specific business, map where AI creates real leverage, build the infrastructure to capture it, and hand it off so your team can run it without us. Every engagement starts with a 30-minute discovery call — no charge, no pitch. From there, we work across three engagement types: a diagnostic Audit, a full Foundation Setup that takes a firm from experimentation to operational, and an ongoing Operations Retainer for firms that want their AI capability to compound over time. Every engagement ends with a real handoff. Documentation and training aren't afterthoughts — they're deliverables. Your team owns what we build. Based on the Peninsula. Serving the Bay Area in person, and clients across the US remotely. ai@bayconai.com +1 (337) 326-1806
