Purchased in 1989, our founders have waited for exactly the right moment to create the kind of community that will set the standard for urban development. We have brought together a team of people with a shared commitment to incorporate innovative land planning and architectural design with a focus on creating community through public spaces. Our goal is to repurpose this property to restore its natural beauty and correct the decades of abuse the land has endured.
