Bayport Financial Services is South Africa’s leading provider of employer-driven financial wellness programmes. We partner with like-minded employers in the public and private sector to offer financial solutions to their employees. Since 2019, when Bayport Money Solutions was launched, we have seen first-hand the difference the appropriate, thoughtful and compassionately executed debt solutions, in combination with a strong financial literacy programme, can make to the quality of life of individuals and households. Moreover, when employees are not in financial distress, their productivity, engagement and attendance levels soar, along with improved workplace relationships. We are proud to be working with over 70 employers, including government entities at local, provincial and national level, as well as corporate companies in the mining, financial services and automotive industries. Bayport Financial Services was established in South Africa in 2004 as a non-bank provider of unsecured credit and allied products. Motivated by a desire to engage with customers in a supportive environment that enables long-term financial wellness, we created Bayport Money Solutions as an employer-driven programme.
