We positively transform the way things are done in the formulation, evaluation, design and execution of development projects, with emphasis on team management, as well as training and certification in methodologies and frameworks. Bayron Becerra Foundation brings together experts and specialists in Project Management to impact communities, NGOs and companies from different sectors interested in generating development, social and environmental sustainability, from the best global practices in project management. Bayron Becerra focuses on: SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT One objective of working with projects is to achieve the concept of development, however, the socio-economic advance of our society has sacrificed our greatest treasure; the planet and its resources, which is why in recent years all sectors have begun to think about the environment and a more aware development. Our purpose is to generate a greater environmental impact from any project with goods or services that contribute to a true sustainable development. SOCIAL IMPACT We work for our people; we train non-profit and empower vulnerable communities, ONG and PYMES, around projects that contribute to the ODS, and in turn, the growth of industry, research and innovation in Colombia. CONSULTING AND TRAINING We support, coordinate and accompanie the different stages of the projects, from the formulation and evaluation of viability to their planning, implementation, control and closing. Methodologies and good practices are handled, for example: PCM, PMBOK 7, SCRUM, ISO, PM4R, PRINCE2, PMDPRO etc. We also train and certify private individuals and organizations; thanks to our partnership with some certifying institutions. In this way, we guarantee the scope of non-profit training to other communities that do not have the economic means to pay for this training.
