BayWest Marketing is a food brokerage that specializes in foodservice and retail products in the Northern California market. We strive to help our principals grow sales of their food service business and retail brand awareness. BayWest has established relationships with many local, independent, and national distributors. Contacts in key industry segments (i.e. In-store deli/bakery, B&I, C&U, chains, hospitality, healthcare, & mass feeders). They focus their efforts on identifying large leverage opportunities whether it be distributor/operator conversions, helping implement a new product, or product development & co-packing. BayWest Marketing is fully committed to growing the food service and retail segment of all of their principals. As the founder and principal, I am responsible for managing principles, sales associates, key accounts, and overall growth in the Nor Cal market.
