Architecture, Interiors and Planning Firm located in Westlake Village, California, 40 miles North of Los Angeles. Founded in 1984 by Francisco Behr AIA and Michael Browers AIA, the firm developed a national reputation for the design of Movie Theaters and Multiplex complexes. It was the Design and Executive Architect for the renovation of Graumman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood and has designed dozens of large multiplexes throughout the United States in both Urban and suburban locations. The firm is also skilled at assisting developers and companies in the design and entitlement processing of land parcels with a variety of land uses. It has been responsible for planning and processing over acres of property in the Southern California Region. This includes both retail, office, insitutional and residential uses. The company's utilizes the latest BIM design modeling technologies. In addition, the firm has LEED certification staff and is committed to designing sustainable, energy-efficient projects. Francisco Behr is president and Director of Design for the firm.
