BBI Construction is a mid-sized General Contractor serving the Greater San Francisco Bay Area with quality construction since 1974. We specialize in urban infill, renovations and new construction of schools, multifamily housing, commercial, and institutional facilities. Most of our projects are private, negotiated work. Our employees enjoy working on interesting and complex projects. We routinely get involved in projects in the early stages of design to assist in the budget planning process and prefer to work as a team member along side designers and owners.
