Much more than a radio station, BBOX combines a visible broadcast studio with a cultural venue and meeting place. Locally-sourced content is aired live, online and on-site, from DUMBO, Brooklyn. Interviews, call-in shows, radio journalism, DJs and live music performances offer BBOX listeners the best of what's happening in and around our borough. BBOX’s aim is to support the exchange of ideas, art, music and news by providing a local community platform. BBOX fulfills its mission through an evolving collaboration with its neighbors — artists, educators, entrepreneurs, journalists and everyone in between — to present a range of engaging radio programs, workshops and events.
