At BCCB Women, we envision a world in which all girls and womxn, regardless of age, ethnicity, race, income or social status, are empowered and nurtured to reach their goals. Our mission is to empower the Bangladeshi-Canadian/Canadian-Bangladeshi women to their maximum potential. Our goals include- being a voice for our women and promoting their interests within our community and society at large -investing in the strenghth, wisdom and dreams of our women - supporting and partnering with initiatives and organizations that are aligned with our vision - contributing towards providing the tools for empowering women in every aspect of life in Canada -establishing an extensive support system -establishing a mentorship program where women help build the future leaders of today and tomorrow -organizing various skill-building and networking sessions -creating a legacy for all women to follow
