BCF International (BCFI) was formed to address the growing need to access highly skilled technology resources. The organisation is structured as a solutions house able to solve the world’s most challenging and complex problems. We have an enviable client base and a successful track record in delivering on time, to budget with an innovative flair that our clients embrace. Our Consultancy and Technology teams are based across the globe and are recognised leaders in their field. The concept for BCF International was identified by our founders Martin Ring and Russell Dalgleish while they worked as advisors to the UK Government’s Department for Business & Trade. As members of the highly successful Global Entrepreneur Programme Martin and Russell witnessed first-hand the challenges encountered by high-growth companies in accessing the critical technical resources they required. Projects would be delayed, opportunities missed, and company growth stymied as individuals with the necessary technical skills and experience could not be sourced or were priced out of reach. From conducting extensive research, we confirmed that the required capabilities could be sourced but not from within the UK, hence we commenced a search to identify a proven partner with the requisite skillsets and demonstrable experience required to resolve this issue. We identified the international software engineering house BCF as a suitable partner, a JV was formed and the brand BCF International was launched headquartered in London. We are not a recruitment company or an outsourcing vendor - we are a solutions house.
