Bci Compliance Group

BCI Compliance Group, a member of APSCA, is an independent third-party auditing organization headquartered in Tainan, Taiwan, with its main operational offices in: 1/Tainan for Taiwan audits; 2/Shanghai for China audits; 3/ New Jersey, USA; 4/Saigon/HCMC for audits in Southeast Asia, specifically Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanmar. BCI specializes in the performance of social compliance audits based on the WRAP protocol, but it also carries out Code of Conduct audits for Virojanglor (France), and other French and American clients. The goal of these audits, which are performed in all areas of Taiwan, Mainland China, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanmar, is to ensure that factories are engaged in safe, lawful, humane, and ethical production. Though BCI is fully qualified to provide advisory services on corporate social compliance, third party audits, and related social compliance issues, it has not done so to date, nor has it any current plans to do so. Should it decide to engage in these compliance-related businesses, in order to avoid even the appearance of any conflict of interest, it would take great care to avoid performing audits on facilities to which it has provided such consulting services.
