BC ITALIANA is a company with over 50 years of experience in both product engineering and plastic injection moulding of complex components. Currently the moulding department (4,800 square meters out of a total of 6,100 available) consists of 30 machines with 50 to tons clamping force: this great difference of tonnage allows the moulding of micro components up to large or medium-sized parts. Furthermore, some plastic parts are produced by nitrogen moulding technique. This process can avoid functional, structural and aesthetic problems that sometimes arise with traditional moulding methods. BC ITALIANA manufactures, according to the highest quality standards, a wide range of products belonging to many industries: from automotive to rail, from medical to musical instruments.
