BCLS BD Services, LLC was formed in 2018 to provide technical, operational, and regulatory support to registered broker dealers. The company has its roots as an equity options market-maker founded in 2002. The BCLS BD technology division developed highly effective proprietary trading tools that enabled BCLS to enter strategic alliances with other established industry participants. In 2021, BCLS expanded to include an in-house trading and analysis group led by long-time partner Youngjoe Loh. This new group uses proprietary technology developed over the last 20 years, while continuing to develop and grow new securities trading technology.
