Founded in 2013, BDesign7 delivers distinctive, high-quality architectural design for residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects. We combine creative thinking with commercial awareness, working in partnership with developers, landowners, and private clients to maximise the potential of every site. Our experience spans bespoke homes, commercial spaces, and masterplans of 750+ units. We provide full planning application packages, detailed technical design, and coordinated consultant input at every stage. Sustainability is central to our approach, we design with natural light, materials, and environmental conditions in mind, creating spaces that are both beautiful and commercially viable. We use BIM-led workflows from concept onwards, enabling accurate 3D visualisation, light simulations, and better coordination between design teams and contractors. This ensures efficiency, reduces on-site risk, and gives our clients clarity throughout the process. Every project is unique. We avoid one-size-fits-all solutions, focusing on individuality, functionality, and high-quality detailing.
