A Tax Advisor is founded by former IRAS Senior Tax Investigator. The Company specializes in representing clients to settle Singapore Tax Investigation Cases with IRAS amicably out-of-court. Besides Tax Investigation Cases, the Company also handles IRAS Tax Audit and Query for clients (including GST Audit) so that the issues will not be escalated to an investigation case. If the clients suspect that their past tax filings are inaccurate, we can perform a self-review and assist in the voluntary disclosure to IRAS so that the clients can reduce their risk of non-compliance with minimal penalty. In addition, the Company helps clients to prepare Annual Corporate and Individual Tax Returns (including the application for Not Ordinarily Scheme or NOR Scheme and Concessions).
