Be Agriculture

Be Agriculture is a regenerative systems catalyst — we operate as a community of practice active in reframing and accelerating the food, farming, and health systems by revealing their interconnectedness through living systems thinking. At Be Agriculture we work with all types of organizations and growers, we help people plant food forests, and we advise land stewards with permaculture design services and the art of growing soil, not just plants. Our services are performed through direct coaching and consulting, and through learning platforms that connect eaters, farmers, and healers who are curious and motivated to develop a more wholistic approach to growing healthy people, plants, and planet. Agriculture is more than farming, whether we like it or not, everyone is an inherent part of the agricultural system. Eating is an agricultural act, and the impact that our methods of growing and eating have on human and environmental health is profound. When we broaden our scope of awareness around agriculture, and calculate profit and impact by integrating the realms of food, farming, and health, new ways of doing Earth emerge — this is Agricultural Threefolding. The framework we use to guide our work is BioEnergetic Agronomy, which recognizes and works with the physical, mineral, biological, and energetic capacities of living systems. The Living Land Program involves deep learning and ecosystem analysis curated into a living blueprint for your growing operation. Our ambition is to offer pathways that can help people and professionals take a conscious seat at the table of the larger agricultural system. Living soil and living foods activate agency, and awaken us to the responsibility we have for the role we play as stewards of Earth's systems — this is Personal Agriculture. To regenerate the soil is to regenerate ourselves — what we think, we grow.
