We lead very innovative and bleeding edge projects such as:* Developing the First Business Call Center from the ground up * Designing/Building/Implementing a Customer centric communication portal combining customer data from billing, collections, operations and project management.* Managing several multi-million-dollar conservation and smart technology programs. Our Goal was to leverage & transform “Real Time data, into actionable, and easy to understand intelligence saving both time and money.
