Be Found Care Disability Service At BFC Disability Service, we specialise in high-complex NDIS supports that many providers cannot deliver. From urgent high-intensity clinical tasks to ongoing daily care, our mission is to step in where others say “no capacity” and ensure participants receive safe, consistent, and compassionate support. Our specialised services include: High-Intensity Supports — Complex Bowel Care, Enteral Feeding, Dysphagia, Ventilator Support, Tracheostomy Care, Urinary Catheter, Subcutaneous Injections, Complex Wound Care, and Epilepsy/Seizure Support. Daily & Community Supports — Personal care, household tasks, transport, and participation in community activities. Capacity Building & Behaviour Support Implementation — Helping participants gain skills, independence, and quality of life.
