Be Heard was founded by two brothers from Wisconsin on a mission to #SecureOurDemocracy. Be Heard makes it easier than ever before for Americans to contact their representatives as verified constituents. Be Heard is powered by Unum ID, a state-of-the-art blockchain technology that allows users to verify their identities and stand out from bots and lobbyists. Unum ID collects zero personal information and has no database: each user's data is stored on their device, giving them complete control with maximum security and privacy. Founded by brothers Aidan and Liam McCarty, Be Heard empowers real Americans to communicate directly with their elected officials and cut through the noise of bad actors competing for legislators’ attention. In this age of election meddling and fake accounts, Be Heard aims to help create a more secure, engaged, and unified democracy.
