All our online workouts have 2 physiotherapists on the screen showing variations and modifications to keep our community exercising: Our Studio Headquarters in Sydney Australia is more than just the filming studio for our online exercise programs. It’s also where we master our craft. We test and develop our programs with our in-person clients, before sharing with the world on our online platform. 1:1 : An excellent option for our less mobile community members who want to stay independently living in their own home.
