My wife, Ashley, and I created Be Whole Do Good out of a desire to strengthen families, starting with our own. At a time when there is so much that can distract, discourage, and disconnect us, we are on a journey that is led by three core questions: 1. What whole-being practices can we implement so every member of our family can have increased capacity, savor life more deeply, and use their gifts to do good? How do we translate and apply what we learn into simple, tiny habits that can be done amidst the demands of life?
