ABOUT US Beable Malaysia Sdn Bhd was established in Malaysia in 2003 by a Japanese national and is the only Japanese-affiliated staffing agency in Malaysia that provides human resources services in the various of industries such as manufacturing, logistic, retail and etc. Our sister companies, Agensi Pekerjaan I-Staff Sdn Bhd (I-Staff) also one of the recruitment agency that engaged for the placement service. In 2020, Beable is under the Likearisingsun Group, a consulting and law firm. Now,we provide not only recruitment and staffing services,but also want to be the “One-stop Centre” for the human resource solution services. We have 6 types of services: 1)Staffing services: Our company can provide staffing services for contract staff for 6 months to 1 year, also can renew the contract every year and can transfer to permanent staff if the client requires. 2)Placement service: that one, our company can provide permanent staff directly under your company, we provide the candidates and selected by your company. This is a one-off charge fee only. 3)Outplacement service: We provide not only placement and temporary staffing services (engineers and specialists),(employee satisfaction surveys, salary trend surveys, etc.) for existing employees to determine the appropriateness of human resource allocation. 4)BAT (Beable Aptitude Test): Redeveloped in Malaysia based on the Japanese SPI test. Not only to determine the aptitude of prospective new hires but also to visualize 18 qualities including strengths and weaknesses of existing employees. 5)Beable Research Survey: Salary trend surveys (by area/industry/specific company), employee engagement/ satisfaction surveys, harassment awareness surveys, and other surveys, analysis, and reporting. 6)Recruitment Business Outsourcing (BRPO): As a member of your company’s HR team, we can develop recruitment strategies, advertise, search for candidates, conduct interviews, and follow up with candidates until they join your company.
