At Beach Body Design we are making it easier to get and stay in shape. We offer our clients an incomparable level of service and expertise and have since 1986. The Beach Body Design team offers you talented trainers, each with their own areas of expertise. These highly trained instructors develop health and fitness programs that include Pilates, strength and weight training, core conditioning, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, balance and stability, using techniques that are chosen specifically for each client. Our goal is to provide our clients with individualized training programs that will encourage them and guide them to achieve their health and fitness goals. Together, we offer diversity in program development and the ability to train you in the most forward thinking techniques and innovations in exercise and nutrition.
