Treatment consists of evidence based practices with a focus on manual techniques and exercise based therapy for long term prevention. We have two locations in Sydney. One in North Narrabeen and the other in Northbridge. Both practices do Pilates. Mat, Reformer and Equipment (at Northbridge).
