Beamers was Co-founded by two Australian Eye Surgeons - Dr Alina Zeldovich and Dr Shanel Sharma who combined have over 40 years of experience. As practising Eye Surgeons who operate on patients each day with preventable eye diseases, they understand the importance of protecting our eyes from UV damage. They established Beamers with the intention to shield and protect kids' eyes from UV damage to help prevent significant eye diseases in the future. Beamers offers a range of protective kids sunglasses with Optoshield® Technology, only found in Beamers sunglasses. Beamers' Optoshield® Technology offers the maximum UV400 protection and incorporates all the features recommended by the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists (RANZCO).
