Bear Tale Books Pty Ltd

Hand in Paw it’s Time to Explore! Storytelling is a real passion of mine due predominately to my Dad. He loved telling us stories of when he was a boy working on his grandfather’s poultry farm and seeing his own father driving a train. Dad taught us to look up at the clouds and imagine all kinds of animals and shapes, he had a story for everything around us even if the facts were debatable. Our family have always liked taking photographs and before there was anything like social media we used to have family "slide nights" or flip through photo drawers. Today we use social media to catch up and share photos and experiences with friends. When our friends and family were on holiday’s they were taking photos of their kids and pets too so we decided that it would be fun to take photos of my bear "Henry" out and about. Henry has been on some great holidays but looked a bit lonely, so Moe joined the family and soon was travelling with Henry on holidays. They are now affectionately known as "The Boys". My family and friends loved to see the photos of Henry and Moe on holidays and enjoyed the short stories I wrote to accompany with the photos. A few friends suggested that I should write a book on Henry and Moe’s adventures and so the idea of Bear Tale Books was born. Henry & Moe like to meet other bears and have welcomed Alfie from America with open paws to join their exploits. Something that started as a bit of fun has grown into an obsession. Henry, Moe & Alfie have become a very big part of our family and we hope that they will become a part of yours."The Boys" travel with us as much as possible, making friends by putting smiles on the faces of people watching us take their photos. Bear Tale Books hope we can make you smile reliving the adventures Henry, Moe, Alfie and friends as told by them. Bears “Dufus”™ and “Moe”™ are Trademarks of Tomfoolery Holdings.
