Bearhug

In 2014 our founder was battling with a long-term ankle injury that was threatening to put an end to his competitive rugby playing days. Not one to lie down and accept defeat this kicked off a worldwide search until he found a support that could get him back out there. Two years and the bear was unleashed; he returned to play and Bearhug was born. The products are all created using Bearhug’s unique bamboo charcoal yarn. The yarn has a cross section filled with micro gaps which allows the fabric to breath. The comfort is provided by the round fibres of the bamboo charcoal which is non- irritating and doesn’t crease. Bamboo charcoal supports are scientifically proven to increase blood flow by 40% compared to ordinary supports. Our range currently consists of; wrist, elbow, knee & ankle joint supports and calf & thigh muscle sleeves.
