At Bearings, we are communications experts who work at the intersection of customer and employee engagement. We help SMBs survey the landscape of their organizations to identify and chart strategic opportunities. We work together to identify their destination and the right route to get there. Our work is rooted in communication, but often takes the form of facilitating discovery sessions, strategic planning, culture renovation, storytelling…and of course communication planning both internally and externally. Our process is nimble to mirror our clients’ needs – in some cases we’re following a well-traveled trail, and other cases we’re blazing undiscovered terrain to create their own path. But in all scenarios, we leave clients with a ready-to-execute roadmap with clear milestone markers to help reach their destination.
