As an artist, I believe it is important to have beauty around us. Our ceramic homewares feature unique colours and forms from a range of traditional and alternate firing techniques, all beautiful. Located in the Northern Rivers region, I find inspiration whenever I open my eyes and look around. Currently I am exploring alternative methods of firing which investigate place, form, colour and the dichotomy of presence and absence: consideration is given to mark-making and studying the traces left behind, from the firing processes.
