Beauvine Burger Concept

Artisan Burgers and Handmade Milkshakes in the Historic Fan District. Beauvine Burger Concept is a full-service, contemporary, artisan burger restaurant. The name is a play on words combining the words Bovine (as in cattle) and Beau (as in a male admirer or gentleman.) The food and menu are inspired by the flavors of Virginia, California and France. Beauvine is centered on a philosophy of thoughtful sourcing of ingredients, attention to the seasons, and simplicity in operations and guest experience. Beauvine strives to elevate the simple burger with ingredients and cooking techniques that distinguish the experience, and that offers a unique experience to diners of Richmond. The restaurant is housed in the historical Fan district of Richmond, in an equally historic building, formerly the home of such Richmond classics as The Dixie Inn, The Texas-Wisconsin Border Cafe and Bellytimber Tavern.
