Peer to peer mental health support group for expectant, new and existing mothers based in Reading, Berkshire. We run free groups throughout the year (2 a month) that focusses on the mental health needs of mothers through discussion, support and solidarity. We also run creative workshops that are facilitated by us and focus on improving confidence, making connections, peer led discussion and understanding.
