Ogni attività con almeno 1 dipendente è obbligata di legge a far verificare gli impianti di terra, da un Organismo ispettivo autorizzato dal Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico, ogni 2 o 5 anni a seconda del tipo d’impianto.
