Bee Golden was created with a vision to educate, elevate and empower ALL women at the various stages of their life. Through the power of community, candid conversations, and resourceful events, we are creating a safe space for women to come together, support each other, and celebrate one another. Bee Golden exists because we recognized three very important obstacles that women face today. Women Are Not Supported. Women Are Underrepresented. Women Face Lack Of Opportunity In Their Career & In Society. With that said, our company's existence is to help women overcome these obstacles. WE GIVE SUPPORT: We Are Stronger Together. We support each other through the sharing of resources, encouragement, and celebration of one another. WE DEMAND REPRESENTATION: We Are Advocates Of Change. We commit to addressing issues and challenging the status quo to create a culture of conscious inclusion. WE CREATE OPPORTUNITIES: We Take Action. We set women up for success by creating opportunities that inspire conversation, personal development, and cultural change. Bee Golden is also committed to giving back.
