Bee-Leaf Project

Bee-Leaf Project is a trauma-informed, relationship-based organisation supporting young people, families, and communities across East Sussex and beyond. We deliver alternative provision, mentoring, respite, and community programmes rooted in real connection and lived experience. Our work is centred around creating safe, consistent spaces where young people can reset, rebuild and re-engage — especially when traditional systems haven’t worked for them. From group-based AP models like Turning Point to flexible 1:1 support and respite care, Bee-Leaf focuses on tailored interventions that meet real needs. We also offer training and consultancy for schools, professionals, and services looking to embed relational and trauma-aware approaches in their own settings. Founded in care, grounded in community, and always led with compassion — we believe change begins with relationships.
