Mission: Beehive Theatre is a community that gives all young people a place to belong! We foster confidence, empathy, and integrity through educational theatre arts programming offered in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment. Vision: Beehive Theatre seeks to be recognized as an organization that empowers youth through its dedication to nurturing creativity and building the confidence of young people everywhere. Values: Beehive Theatre’s 5 essential values are the foundation of who we are: EDUCATION - We utilize strategic tools of Social Emotional Learning curriculum to provide theatre programming that is equally creative and explorative as it is educational and intentional. COMMUNITY - We celebrate how theatre arts can bring together not only those directly involved in the production but the community as a whole through thought-provoking and entertaining experiences. ACCESS - We create an environment that embraces each dimension of diversity, removes barriers to participation, and recognizes the value of lifting up all voices. EXCELLENCE - We believe that impactful experiences stem directly from the amount of dedication and effort each person puts into the process and the collective commitment from all those involved.
