Beers & Peers

Carly and Hayley came together over a beer after being introduced on Linkedin by Giordana due to a mutual interest. people and culture in hospitality. Both Carly and Hayley enjoy meeting other people and culture professionals, especially in the Hospitality Industry. After reaching out to their network they decided to organise a get together with likeminded people-people in the industry to have a beer and chat culture. Our first event was small but amazing with Jenny Aspray, Lee Melton and Giordana Annibal coming along to discuss the future of Beers and Peers. Alongside Carly and Hayley, this group has now formed the founding five of the now established Beers and Peers group. Beers and Peers ran two successful events in 2020, with hospitality people-people coming together to share ideas. The group has now formed a working party to implement some of the ideas put over in the meeting as an industry. This working party is called Hospitality Impact. Beers and Peers is a group of likeminded hospitality leaders that meet in a bar and share ideas. We aim for everyone to leave informed, invested and with new friends. We pride ourselves on being a network where everyone knows your name.
