Founded by NYU graduate students, Beet & Pear is a mission-driven startup + social network committed to building better local food systems. Meet your local farmers, hear their stories, and know where your food is coming from. Chefs can discuss their experiences with accessing food for their restaurants, food trucks, and popup events. Local communities can engage with the hands that work hard to grow the food on their tables. It's time to get together in a space where we can address what is broken about our access to healthy, fresh food and fix the flaws that are driving inequality in our food systems.
