BeFor Collective, LLC is a business started by Jeriva D. Traylor. As a service-oriented person who has volunteered her time, talent and treasures for years within the Dallas, Texas community, she created BeFor Collective, LLC as an extension of her service work. Who We Are? BeFor - We stand for healing the mind, body and spirit of an individual. BeFor(e)- We look to the past to heal an individual in the here and now. Collective - We use a number of healing traditions, teachings and ways of living to support an individual in their journey to transformation and freedom. Our mission is to provide healing to the disadvantaged, disenfranchised and marginalized through ancient wisdom, traditions, teachings and ways of living. Our vision is to be a conduit for healing through the use of ancient wisdom, traditions, teachings and ways of living, which inspires, nurtures and supports the creation of a lasting social movement for universal healing. Our mantra is Remember.Heal.Inspire. All are welcome and embraced. Yet, our focus is on serving those individuals who feel powerless or unimportant because of their skin color, body size, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion or other devalued attribute. Services: BeForBreath is pranayama (breathing practice) and meditation sessions to connect and align you with your highest and most powerful Self. BeForLearning is classes and workshops on various topics, such as African drumming, leather making, metaphysics, journaling and much more. BeForYoga is one-on-one and group yoga asana (physical practice) classes that expose you to the daily spiritual practice and lifestyle of yoga, union of mind, body and spirit. BeForYou is support and education on well-being, self-care and mind, body, spirit connection through one-on-one and group sessions.
